Sonic Esplanade  (2008/2009)

Article - Biennale for Electronic and Unstable Art, Stavanger Norway 2008 and International Society for Contemporary Music as part of World Music Days 2009

Sonic Esplanade is a multichannel installation installed in the centre of the city. The works adds a slightly ambient soundscape to selected trees in the area. Just as the installation project Klangwaeldchen, the concept intends to put focus of the trees as a fundamental part of the urban life by giving the tree "voices".
